The first week of December i found out my aunt Amy was running a 5k. i wanted to do it with her and i just invited myself. After my mom signed me up i found out it was a Santa Run. Which means you wear a Santa hat, Full Beard, and a Shirt....Yes I'm serious. i couldn't back out so i started running and getting ready. A few days before the race i got sick with a high fever and sore throat. i stayed home from school and work for a few days. On Friday night
(the day before the race) i still was sick and i didn't want to run. I woke up the day of the race at 5 and got ready anyway. Even though i hadn't run all week i went. I don't look very happy, mostly because it was cold and i still was sick. My mom forgot her camera...like always...so i "stole" these pictures from my aunts Facebook. I finished the
race in 37:54 it felt so good. I can't wait for the one in January!!!
