Ready Set Go!!

The first week of December i found out my aunt Amy was running a 5k. i wanted to do it with her and i just invited myself. After my mom signed me up i found out it was a Santa Run. Which means you wear a Santa hat, Full Beard, and a Shirt....Yes I'm serious. i couldn't back out so i started running and getting ready. A few days before the race i got sick with a high fever and sore throat. i stayed home from school and work for a few days. On Friday night (the day before the race) i still was sick and i didn't want to run. I woke up the day of the race at 5 and got ready anyway. Even though i hadn't run all week i went. I don't look very happy, mostly because it was cold and i still was sick. My mom forgot her camera...like always...so i "stole" these pictures from my aunts Facebook. I finished the race in 37:54 it felt so good. I can't wait for the one in January!!!

There is nothing like the sweet song ,"Jesus! Oh Jesus what a wonderful child!...." And a few Hallelujah's at 3:00 a.m. (The black friday theme song to get us in the mood of shopping.)And it was just the beginning of my Black Friday shopping!

Our first stop Old NavyThis is just 1/4 of the line. Yes I was at the other end of the store in the end of the line...It's a good thing I love Jax and my Mom! My Mom will probably read this so I won't tell what I got her, but I got Jax some Christmas skull jamie bottoms and a "Dream on..." Shirt! for $16 total. Me and my Aunt Amy and her sister Amber saved as much money as we spent! My favorite part of this is all the people and being able to shop with no make-up on, and honestly not even caring!!

Next Kohls
It's a good thing Kathy Peterson and Her girls had been there all morning. We didn't even have to wait in line...Forgive me if you were behind us. We got some Jewelry Boxes and earrings for Ambers girlies! Then off to my favorite store...

WAL*MART
It was so crazy I didn't even have time to take a picture. This is where the real shopping is!! My favorite deal is $3.00 sweat suits for little boys. Particularly Jax. He hates jeans so I figure I can get him 3 or 4 sweat suits that will last him about a year. Then the steal of the day. I found a skateboard for him for $5.00!!! I'm guessing it's probably crap but he can beat it up and wreck it a few times.

By the time we were done with all the other small errands it is now 7:30 a.m. and time to go home and eat breakfast. Right once my mom got out of bed I slipped in behind her and fell asleep and woke up in the same position. I have been going on 5 hours today, and survived. I didn't spend too much money but I am officially done Christmas shopping! It only took me a few weeks. I sure love my family and I can't wait for this joyous holiday! (P.S. I didn't take any of the pictures...thanks google!)

My Boyfriend!

This is my cousin Broc. Not to brag but he loves me! About a year ago we went to dinner with his family and we were all eating joyously at Fudruckers! Broc didn't want to eat his food and he kept asking for "his aunt Torey" I let him come sit on my lap and he...

...Started looking for the goods....

After every bit he ate of his dinner he would turn around and rub his fingers through my hair. He kept saying "I wove my Towey!" Turn around and eat some more food...By this point, a few minutes later EVERYONE in the resturant was looking at us! I was so shocked by how much food he had eaten, it was all gone. What was i going to do now...But then!...

He gave me a big wet one!!!!

He was so stinkin' cute! His mom always says that it will be a sad day when he grows up and realizes that i'm his cousin! I love him dearly and he always makes me laugh!
